How do I create an account?

1) Click the "Create Account" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your name, email address and password.
3) Select "Create".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?
Click the "Log in" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account details.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is included. There is no additional charge. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page when you are finished shopping. The amount in your cart is the total cost of the order.

I forgot my password.

Click the "Log in" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?". You will have to enter your account email and an email will be sent to you to reset your password.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept Returns or Exchanges.  Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your order.

When will my order ship?

Fresh fruit orders ship weekly via FedEx 2Day on Mondays through Wednesday for orders received by Sunday. Coffee orders are processed as they are received on a daily basis.
